Politics, Pandemics, and Personhood: Psychoanalytically Informed Approaches to the Traumas of 2020


Registration is open for the annual Sue Fairbanks Lecture in Psychoanalytic Knowledge at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work! Join guest lecturer Dr. Boris Thomas this Friday, October 8 for a workshop on using psychoanalysis to confront biases and treat traumas. 


Participants will learn how to identify symptoms and behaviors associated with trauma and how to use a psychoanalytic stance to understand and intervene in the treatment of traumas specific to our sociopolitical environment.
